FiLL p.l.l.c. principal Phil Hendricks Jr. ASLA managed the prime contracts for four consecutive 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) USDA Forest Service (USFS) for Title I, II and III Architecture and Engineering Services for the USFS Rocky Mountain Region 2 and Nationwide. Over 60 task orders were completed spanning more than 20 years of IDIQ contract services. The task orders included a wide range of services from Environmental Assessment, programming construction documents, and construction administration. Projects included new and rehabilitated visitor centers, administrative facilities, interpretive sites, trails, recreation areas and campgrounds.
FiLL p.l.l.c. principal Phil Hendricks Jr. ASLA served as the: principal-in-charge for these prime IDIQ contracts: primary task order manager: Landscape Architecture discipline leader, and; lead landscape architect while at two previous firms.
